Just a quick note to say the Hymer passed the AS Air suspension railway bridge test course with flying colours and didn't ground once on the bike rack, as a second test we parked in the lorry park just off Saddleworth Moor for our tea and on entrance to the parking place the ground looked like a motocross park!!!!! no problems with another bar of pressure (would not have dared to enter before) the final phase of testing was at 70 on the motorway past the trucks which normally involved using 3 lanes,,,,,,,,not even a small sway during a windy night!!!! FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!

Only minus point is, that I should have had them fitted years ago!

Just a note to say thank you for the work on our vehicle. The levellers are brilliant, push of a button, jacks come down, automatically adjust, we are set up level and secure. The whole vehicle is more secure and as you know with Kim who has learning difficulties, we found the benefit of steadying the motorhome an extra advantage. Also if one of us decides to stay in bed, the other can move in and out of the motorhome without the other one feeling they are at sea. Although initially the system seemed expensive, it has been worth every penny and we both agree that it has been one of our best add ons. The AS Air suspension, again is an excellent addition, especially on the motorway, when being overtaken. We really felt the difference, when loaded and on our way through Europe. Both the installations were carried out professionally, in a nice clean organised workshop. Although it was the first time we had really met you, we felt as though we had been friends for a long time, you really made us all very welcome..

I purposely have not written before now regarding the AS air suspension, as I thought a good test would be good before I do. Now I can safely say what a great decision of ours it was to have the air suspension fitted the difference in travel comfort is remarkable also the added comfort of knowing a ramp of less than normal incline does not pose the problem as it did previously. I have to say we are most impressed to say the least. I believe it to be an excellent addition to our suspension and has really made a difference to the travel comfort of the van. It was good to meet you both and thank you so much for the service you provided whilst the AS was being fitted, very grateful. Thanks also for the detail on the water purifier we are considering one for the Motorhome.

The air suspension itself is absolutely superb. No more worries (or possibilities) of grounding out, especially getting on and off our drive with that long and low Burstner rear overhang. Getting on and off ferries is going to be a whole lot easier from now on!! Fitment of your air suspension system has improved ride quality beyond all recognition and is really comfortable now.
Edna and I would just like to thank you for looking after us whilst our air suspension was being fitted. We had a good day out in Liverpool and had the added bonus of reasonable weather. Our two night stay at the Caravan Club's Wirral Country Park was really good - all in all a very good weekend.

We really noticed the difference straight away even the windy conditions on the way home, were no match for the air suspension, there was no swaying or rolling. Just a note to say how delightful it was to meet you both and to say thank you for your courteous, professional and valued service.
I fitted the units yesterday using my local garage pit and was ably assisted by Martin the owner. I had wired and plumbed the panel and compressor prior to fitting the air units and must admit that it was very straightforward thanks to the clear instructions. I made a DIN panel out of some walnut I had in my workshop and though it has yet to receive a coat or two of gloss varnish, it blends in with the plastic veneer really well. I am very pleased with the result.
I attach a photo for your files and for any 06 onwards Sprinter owners who would like to see the gauge panel fitted. I was able to route the air lines and conduit through the floor grommet over the fuel tank and under the NSF seat where I bolted the compressor.
Sue and I wish you both every success for the future and should you have anyone in Mid Wales who would like a demo of the units, do give me a ring.

Mr Q Reed – Somerset – July 2011 – (2005 Nissan Navarra)

The air suspension you fitted to our Navarra truck has been a great success .
With the truck camper loaded ( a payload which approaches a ton in weight) we can adjust the suspension to give us a level ride. This has improved the stability of the rig when being overtaken on motorways and made the ride more comfortable all round.
The suspension no longer bottoms out on bumpy roads either so it's been a really worthwhile addition to the truck. With the camper off of the truck we run the air suspension at about 0.75 bar and 4 bar with the camper mounted. This has fully made our truck into a truly dual purpose vehicle, a motorhome with the camper on and a family car with the camper unloaded, with a comfortable stable ride in either mode. Wonderful! When I travelled up your lane following the fitting I could notice the difference straight away with the Air Suspension, so much smoother over the Road Humps. Eileen and I have every confidence that the waste water tank is not going to be ripped apart when disembarking from the Ferries.

Good morning Cath just wanted to say a big thank-you for your assistance with my suspension kit. It went together like a dream, so easy to fit in a little under eight hours. I pumped it up and left it over night came back in the morning and it was still at two and a half bar.
The ride is superb the van sits approximately 4'' higher than before with the ability to raise another 3''. Hopefully this should sort our ferry problems. Once again many thanks it's a superb kit.

We purchased the unit at the Peterborough Show and chose to have it fitted at Warrington.
We spent a pleasant evening at the Holly Bush, arriving at the workshops at 9am.
Catherine dropped us into Warrington where we spent the day; she collected us when the work had been completed.
The installation is 1st class with attention paid to detail. Cables are run in flexible conduit and not just stapled to the bottom of the vehicle,
the control panel is fitted neatly into the dash panel and the pump concealed in a locker. I can recommend anyone to have the fitting done by Phil.
The performance was noticeable immediately, the road holding, cornering and straight-line driving have all been greatly improved.
Now 2 months later I am still as pleased with the handling and glad that I had your equipment installed.

Played around with the pressure on drive home and found that 2 bar was ok but 2.5 bar + ish was better. So Phil was right at about 3 bar.

We are writing to say how impressed we are with AS Air suspension Ltd, we were made to feel very welcome both before and after the air suspension system was fitted.
When we collected our motorhome you could see the difference straight away we inspected the work and a professional job was done, again impressed. On taking the motorhome home we could feel the difference straight away cornering felt much safer especially going around roundabouts. On the motorway was a big improvement I found I was not fighting for control as I did before when passing wagons, again impressed. Getting it on and off the drive is now a lot easier and safer. We also noticed when we walked around the motorhome it did not rock as much as it used to; wife impressed. I would recommend anyone who has not got air suspension to get it fitted and fitted by AS Air suspension Ltd well worth the money and you won't regret getting it. We found a much improved ride especially on roundabouts and also noticed that we are no longer blown about on the motorway by passing lorries and coaches. We are now able to lift our low exhaust up to 5.5 inches (approximately 137mm) at 3bar pressure, making the crossing over speed bumps scrape free.
We are very pleased with having AS Air Suspension fitted to our vehicle, it is so easy to operate, we would recommend it to anyone.
