I really hadn't realised what a difference the air suspension was going to make to the comfort & handling of what is a relatively new vehicle. Hi Catherine, I would like to say thank you very much for both yourself and Phil`s friendliness on Friday. when I was communicating with you prior to fitting I new I had made the right choice.
Well for want of a better phrase "the air suspension does exactly what it says on the tin".
Played around with the pressure on drive home and found that 2 bar was ok but 2.5 bar + ish was better. So Phil was right at about 3 bar.
Well it was a delight meeting you both and I have already recommended you to a friend and motor home sales guy.

We are writing to say how impressed we are with AS Air suspension Ltd, we were made to feel very welcome both before and after the air suspension system was fitted.
When we collected our motorhome you could see the difference straight away we inspected the work and a professional job was done, again impressed. On taking the motorhome home we could feel the difference straight away cornering felt much safer especially going around roundabouts. On the motorway was a big improvement I found I was not fighting for control as I did before when passing wagons, again impressed. Getting it on and off the drive is now a lot easier and safer. We also noticed when we walked around the motorhome it did not rock as much as it used to; wife impressed. I would recommend anyone who has not got air suspension to get it fitted and fitted by AS Air suspension Ltd well worth the money and you won't regret getting it. Again thank you very much for a job well done.

First off thanks for a great job, it was a pleasure doing business with you. The air suspension "dose what it say on the can" it raises the back of the van, so that we run level all the time. More important we don't worry that we'll damage the bottom when loading onto ferries.
Our van is quite large so in strong wind conditions we take care, however an added bonus has been greater stability when overtaking, or mores to the point being overtook by large vehicles.

We found a much improved ride especially on roundabouts and also noticed that we are no longer blown about on the motorway by passing lorries and coaches. We are now able to lift our low exhaust up to 5.5 inches (approximately 137mm) at 3bar pressure, making the crossing over speed bumps scrape free.
We are very pleased with having AS Air Suspension fitted to our vehicle, it is so easy to operate, we would recommend it to anyone.

As you know the reason for fitting air suspension to our camper was to get up and down our new driveway, i/e very steep with camber of road was fouling spare wheel carrier and tow bar. As I am a road transport engineer of many years [truck and bus ] I would like to say what a pleasure it was dealing with your company a fantastic result in product and quality of workmanship.
Our visit to 'AS', the drive from Cornwall some 300 miles, stay over at camp site, leave camper with you for the day and collect and drive home the return trip was a transformed vehicle, now a pleasure to drive, as my objective was only to lift the rear for ground clearance.

The air suspension is going well. I no longer have a problem with the rear end scraping on slopes and the ride quality has improved. There seems to be less "bounce" from the rear and stability in cornering is a lot better.

We have just arrived back from 3 weeks in Italy. We are very pleased with the air suspension system that you supplied to us. 2.5 bar gives an excellent ride and we often lifted our tail on ferries and numerous ramps on campsites. We did not ground out once. The look on other camper's faces when instead of getting out the ramps we simply pressed the compressor button and the let out air to suit. Show offs or what?

First of all we need to let you know what a tremendous improvement to the ride quality we experienced after you fitted the air suspension to our new Fiat Frankia yesterday. As you know this was our main purpose in having the job done. It was something of an article of faith as you might imagine being the first UK van to be fitted with the new Alko chassis kit. But, we needn’t have worried, it drove home like a different vehicle, smoothing out the roads’ lumps and bumps much more effectively and making the drive a much quieter and more enjoyable experience. We would certainly recommend it to other owners who want a more comfortable ride.
